MEI provides an outside perspective, free of office politics and bias, to help identify and solve company issues. We are available to brainstorm with you, challenge you, and to help organize your thoughts. We can also be a sounding board and seen as someone who has seen this situation in other business to provide advice. In this role, MEI serves in an advisory role with its client. We carve out a mutually agreeable amount of time to devote to the client to meet the project needs.
